Udon noodles


With an approximate 250 year history in Osaka and Sakai, Mimiu is a one of the oldest udon noodle shops around. The ubiquitous udonsuki (udon cooked with various meats and vegetables in a delicious bonito broth) is actually a trademark registered by Mimiu. Every morning they use Auxis tuna bonito from the Tosa region and extract their famous broth over two long hours, never sacrificing their dedication to using the best ingredients possible in this popular fare.
