Selecting only the best pork from among the numerous varieties available, and fresh, soft, specially made panko breadcrumbs, Keitei deep-fries its products in pure vegetable oil which is replaced every 60 cutlets or so to maintain freshness. The result is a pork cutlet which can be called a piece of art. Together with all-you-can-eat rice, pickles and fresh shredded cabbage, this makes for a deliciously satisfying meal.
